What is included in a standard clean?
Standard cleaning covers all the essential areas of your home: kitchen (countertops, appliance exteriors, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts, floor), bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirror, floor), all bedrooms and living areas (dust, vacuum, mop, make beds), and general tasks like emptying trash, wiping light switches, and cleaning interior glass. It does not include inside appliances, cabinet interiors, or detail scrubbing of grout and baseboards.
What extra items are in a deep clean?
Deep cleaning adds everything that standard cleaning doesn't cover: inside the microwave, oven, and refrigerator exterior detail; full baseboard scrubbing; window sills and tracks; ceiling fans and light fixtures; grout scrubbing in bathrooms; cabinet interior wipe-down; door frame detail; and vent cleaning. It's a top-to-bottom reset rather than routine maintenance.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Inside appliance cleaning is included in deep cleaning and move-out cleaning. Standard cleaning covers appliance exteriors only. If you want inside-appliance cleaning added to a standard clean, it can be requested as an add-on (inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside microwave) — priced and agreed upon before the appointment.
What is NOT included in cleaning?
Items not included in any service without a specific add-on agreement: laundry and folding, dish washing, exterior windows, garage cleaning, exterior pressure washing, organizing or decluttering, biohazard or hoarding situations, and areas not accessible due to clutter. We are happy to discuss add-ons if you have specific needs — just mention them when you request your quote.
Can I add extra items to my clean?
Yes — many customers add specific tasks to their booking. Common add-ons include inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior window cleaning, laundry, and garage sweeping. Add-ons are always discussed and priced before your appointment. We never add scope or charge without your prior agreement.
