Move-out cleaning is built for an empty house. It covers inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside the dishwasher and inside every cabinet and drawer, which a deep clean doesn't. Deep cleaning is built for a home you're living in, so it vacuums under and behind furniture. Both clean inside the microwave, both scrub tile grout, and both do baseboards and doors. Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and inside dishwasher are add-ons for a deep clean.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Leave a lockbox or a door code and we'll let ourselves in. When we're done, we text you photos of every room so you can see the work before you get back.
Do you clean for buyers moving in too?+
Yes. A move-in clean uses the same checklist as a move-out clean. Book it after closing and before your boxes arrive, and you move into a house that's actually clean.
